The wonderful helpers have finished the shed today. It is just fantastic to have it completed… another job done. Lots of gardening was done by the female clan today. Monique planted numerous donated plants as well as helped with other gardening chores. Pat, Rita, Maree and Patricia wheeled a lot of dirt and mulch, moved rocks into place and made a new garden bed in an awkward area near the house. Lovely Azaleas were planted in the bed that were paid for by Julie. The difficult bank area in front of the house that we have been working on for several weeks was finished off today too. We now only need to plant a few more plants for it to look fantastic.
Our donated shed in the early stages of being dismantled and reassembled. A big thank you to Dobson Electrical of Ulverston for giving their time and expertise to disconnect the power from the shed at no cost to the Foundation.
Our tank arrived this mornng and has been put in position behind where the shed is going to go.
