Beautiful Tango is waiting to be able to fly to her forever home at Hannah’s House.
The border of New South Wales and Tasmania is set to open tomorrow. As soon as Qantas resumes flight between Sydney and Launceston Tango will be on her way.
Tango’s flight was delayed by two and a half hours. It arrived at Devonport airport at 1am this morning.
It was nearly 1.30am before Rita and Terry could collect a very stressed Tango.
2am Tango arrived at Kathy’s, Rita’s friend and next door neighbour. Kathy has been an important part of the Foundation from its very beginning.
Tango had a drink, some food, and a toilet stop, lots of pats and comforting, then a big sleep.
It was love at first sight for Harry and Tango. Harry is Kathy’s dog and he could not believe his luck when his Auntie Rita walked in with this gorgeous tiny Boxer girl.
Today they have both explored the wonderful big house yard. Both are sound asleep in their beds in the lounge room recharging their energy for the next adventure.
